3. The Misplaced Confidence 😏
Confidence is key, but there’s a fine line between confidence and arrogance. One interviewee crossed that line by bringing their own “Employee of the Month” plaque to the interview. It’s great to be proud of your achievements, but let your experience and skills do the talking. A little humility can go a long way.
