1. What are MoniPoints?

MoniPoints are points you earn by performing certain actions on our site. These actions include signing up, logging in, visiting the site daily, answering polls, surveys, and quizzes.

2. How can I earn MoniPoints?

You can earn MoniPoints by signing up, logging in daily, and participating in polls, surveys, and quizzes. Each of these actions will earn you points. There’s no set limit to how many points you can earn in a day, but there’s a natural maximum depending on the number of available activities and you can earn points for up to three daily visits.

3. Can I earn points by referring friends to MoniPoints?

We’re planning to add a referral feature in the near future. However, as of now, you cannot earn points by referring friends.

4. How are the winners chosen?

Each week, we draw one or more winners from the top 10 users with the most points that week. If there’s a tie between users, we simply draw from a larger pool. Monthly winners are chosen in the same way. You can check the current leaders on our leaderboard page.

5. When are the winners announced?

Weekly winners are announced every Monday, while monthly winners are announced on the first Monday of each month. The exact time of the announcement is not set.

6. Can I exchange my points for anything other than entering the draws?

Currently, MoniPoints can only be used to enter the weekly and monthly draws.

7. Are there any restrictions on who can sign up for MoniPoints?

There are no restrictions on who can sign up for MoniPoints at this time.

8. How can I track my points?

You can track your points by visiting your profile page and the overall leaderboard page.

9. How are the quiz questions created?

Our content team creates the quiz questions.

10. Can I contribute questions?

We may consider allowing user contributions in the future.

11. How are the funds transferred to the winners?

We contact the winners directly via email every Monday. Once we’ve confirmed their email address, we transfer the prize to them via PayPal, PaySera or AirTM.

12. What happens if a winner doesn't have a PayPal account?

If the winner doesn’t have PayPal account, we also transfer money via PaySera or AirTM.

13. How can I delete my account if I no longer wish to participate?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at hello@monipoints.com and we’ll assist you.

14. Is there a customer service phone number I can call for immediate assistance?
